Initiate Your Request
Log into your HGK Shop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
